Prevention and Postural Re-education
By using the Ergoneck, you will learn to sit with proper posture in your chair. This can prevent head tilt/ rounded shoulders and associated musculoskeletal dysfunctions of the neck, shoulders, and head.
However, because many people already habitually sit with their head tilted forward and their shoulders rounded from years of poor sitting posture, the Ergoneck can also be used to effectively re-educate the body to conform to proper sitting posture. With this in mind, though you could see some immediate reduction/ relief of pain and discomfort when using the Ergoneck, it will likely take some time to attain the maximum benefits of the device. The longer you have engaged in poor or inappropriate sitting posture, the longer it may take to rectify the problem.
I have been using my adjustable headrest for about two months, and it has made an amazing difference in the amount of upper body fatigue I feel at the end of each day! Working in an office I found myself sitting forward and "hunched" over my PC too many times. The headrest is a great reminder to sit back and straighten up!

I am amazed at how much relief I get from neck pain using this headrest a few minutes at a time throughout the day. I highly recommend it to anyone who spends a lot of time working at a desk.

I am writing to thank you for introducing me to the Leopark Neck support! It actually took me a few days to adapt to using it because I found that I was not use to sitting back in my office chair. Now that I have used it for a couple of weeks, I find that not only do my neck muscles feel more relaxed and less 'tight', but my posture while sitting at my desk has improved as well.

I have had the head/neck support for six weeks and have found it to be quite helpful on the days when I am doing a lot of computer work. It forces me to maintain and/or correct my posture while working at the computer for long periods of time.

After using the Portable Adjustable headrest from Molino Physical Therapy I realized how much stress I had in my neck & top of my shoulders. Using the headrest a few times each day, either while on the phone or simply just resting, really started to relax those tight muscles and ease a lot of the tension I am carrying around.

I have been using the Leo Park Headrest for a few weeks now. There has been a noticeable difference in the stress and tension that settles into my shoulders and neck from not sitting properly. My physical therapist and chiropractor have each noticed an improvement in the muscle relaxation in my neck and shoulders. I only use it a few minutes each hour that I am sitting at my desk and it allows my shoulders and neck to relax.
